Our office has been around for more than 50 years. We are active in the Haarlemmermeer, but we are also known in the vicinity of the Haarlemmermeer, such as the Bollenstreek (o.a. Hillegom, Lisse etc.), Haarlem and Aalsmeer.

How do we work?

✺ First of all, we would like to discuss your housing requirements in a appointment at our office;

✺ If we find a home that matches your wishes, let us known and we will immediately schedule an appointment with the relevant broker. Of course we will do this in consultation with you; (We are also often informed in advance of the latest offer in this region due to our extensive network)

✺ Prior to the viewing, we inventory all essential information about the house or apartment. Think of easements, information regarding VVE, building condition, development plan, soil information, but also any leasehold or building rights;

✺ After we have researched the property, location, recently sold homes and additional matters, we advise you on a suitable proposal. With your approval we will make a proposal;

✺ After agreement, we go through the purchase deed together with you;

✺ We keep a close eye on the conditions and important terms included in the purchase deed;

✺ Before the house is transferred, we receive the draft of the deed of transfer and the invoice from the notary. This information is carefully checked by us and, if desired, we will discuss this with you;

✺ Prior to the transfer, we guide you through the inspection of the purchased home. Here we check whether the house is neatly delivered as agreed;

✺ The transfer at the notary. Now the moment is there! You get the key to the new home. If you still need advice or services afterwards, Van Groenigen Makelaardij is always there for you.
